A one hour sound healing journey in a peaceful setting to restore your energy amid the Christmas rush. Join us in marking the winter solstice - the day the sun stands still - by finding stillness in our bodies and making space for the year to come.
Yoga mat, blankets and eye mask provided. Please bring a pillow and wear warm, cosy clothing!
